Understanding Smart Tags

Smart Tags are simple codes embedded in email or notification contents where the system recognizes them as dynamic data. Before the notifications are sent to recipients, the system converts these smart tags into data which is saved in the database.  This feature allows system users to personalize each email’s contents automatically.

JOB SMART TAGS

  • Job Title [Job.Title] -  System will automatically generate the Job Title in the email content.
  • Job Loader Name [Job.JobLoader.Name] - System will automatically generate the name of the job loader/creator in the email content.
  • Job Contact Person [Job.Contact.Name] - System will automatically generate the name of the job contact person in the email content.
  • Job Closing Date [Job.ClosingDate] - System will automatically generate the name of the job's closing date in the email content.
  • Job Location [Job.LocationNames] - System will automatically generate the job location/s in the email content.
  • Job Link [Job.Link]  - System will automatically generate a clickable link which is directed to the job details page.
  • Job Vacancy No [Job.VacancyNo] - System will automatically generate the job vacancy number.
  • Job Apply Link [Job.ApplyLink] - System will automatically generate a clickable link which is directed to the job details page.
  • Job Brand Name [Job.CostCenter.Brand.Name] - System will automatically generate the brand name where the job is associated to.
  • Job Client Name [Job.CostCenter.Client.Name] - System will automatically generate the client name where the job is associated to.
  • Job Cost Centre Name [Job.CostCenter.Name] - System will automatically generate the cost cetnre's name where the job is associated to.
  • Job Hiring Manager [Job.HiringManager.Name]  -  System will automatically generate the Hiring Manager's name in the email content.

CANDIDATE SMART TAGS

  • User Name [Candidate.Login.Username] -  System will automatically generate the candidate's registered username in the email content.
  • Change Password Link [Candidate.Login.ChangePasswordLink] -  System will automatically generate a reset password link. Candidate will click on this link and they will be redirected to the password reset page.
  • First Name [Candidate.FirstName] -  System will automatically generate the candidate's first name in the email content.
  • Last Name [Candidate.Surname] -  System will automatically generate the candidate's last name in the email content.
  • Full Name [Candidate.Name] -  System will automatically generate the candidate's full name in the email content.
  • Title [Candidate.Title] - System will automatically generate the candidate's title in the email content. Examples: Mr., Miss, Ms., Mrs
  • Address [Candidate.Address] -  System will automatically generate the candidate's address in the email content.

 

SELF-SERVICE (ONBOARDING) SMART TAGS

  • First Name [Candidate.FirstName] -  System will automatically generate the candidate's first name in the email content.

  • Last Name [Candidate.Surname]  -  System will automatically generate the candidate's last name / surname in the email content.

  • Full Name [Candidate.Name] -  System will automatically generate the candidate's full name in the email content.

  • Title [Candidate.Title] -   System will automatically generate the candidate's title in the email content. Examples: Mr., Miss, Ms., Mrs

  • Address [Candidate.Address] -  System will automatically generate the candidate's address in the email content.

  • Agency Contact [Candidate.AgencyContact.Name] -  System will automatically generate the name of the agency if the candidate was referred by an agency.

  • Agency Contact Name [AgencyContact.Name] -  System will automatically generate the name of the agency contact person if the candidate was referred by an agency contact person.

 

ATR SMART TAGS

  • ATR Current First Name [ATRProject.CurrentAssigned.FirstName] - System will automatically generate the first name of the user currently assigned in the ATR.
  • ATR Current Last Name - System will automatically generate the last name of the user currently assigned in the ATR.
  • ATR Current Full Name - System will automatically generate the complete/full name of the user currently assigned in the ATR.
  • ATR Assigned First Name - System will automatically generate the first name of the next user assigned in the ATR.
  • ATR Assigned Last Name - System will automatically generate the last name of the next user assigned in the ATR.
  • ATR Assigned Full Name - System will automatically generate the complete/full name of the next user assigned in the ATR.
  • ATR Initiator Full Name - System will automatically generate the full name of the ATR initiator.
  • ATR Comments - System will automatically generate the first name of the next user assigned in the ATR.
  • ATR Project Name - System will automatically generate the ATR Job Title.
  • ATR Form Link - System will automatically generate a clickable link/URL of the ATR.
  • ATR Project Status - System will automatically generate the most recent status of the ATR.
