How To Save, Edit And Delete CV Searches:

How To Save CV Searches:

Saving a search makes searching easier and faster for filtering the same items.

  1. Type the word you would like to search. You can also use the Boolean +AND and +OR options.
  2. Click Save.
  3. The Save CV Search box will appear and put a name or title for the search.
  4. Click OK.

     

 

How To Edit Saved Searches:

  1. Click CV Search Tab.
  2. Choose the name of the saved search you would like to edit.
  3. Click the settings icon.

  1. The Boolean +AND and +OR option will be available if you want to add another search.
  •  +AND - this is a must-have option.

Example: You want to search for candidates with the name John Smith. Type John in the 1st search box click +AND option then Smith in the 2nd search box. The system will give you the result with John Smith name only.

  •  +OR - it means optional.

Note: The system will give the maximum result/search with either John or Smith.

         4.a Recycle tab – Click this if you want to remove the Boolean method +AND and +OR.

  1. In the search box you can edit or rename your search.

  1. Click SAVE.

 

How To Delete Saved Searches:

  1. Click CV Search Tab.
  2. Choose the name of the saved search you would like to delete.

   

  1. The delete tab will be available and click DELETE
