There is now an option to send Alert emails to all member in a user group during the ATR process. First of, the ATR must have an alert option ticked which will trigger the alert email to be sent out.
1. In the ATR form, tick Alert under the selection which will notify the users.
2. Set up the user group with Alert. Create the email notification and include the Subject.
3. During the ATR process, those users under the user group will receive the alert email if an answer marked as Alert ( item 1) is selected in the ATR form.
