How to Create Notes

Users can add Notes for candidates via CRM and job candidate list page.

1. In CRM, Click In line for candidate you want to add Notes. Go to 'Notes' tab and add Notes.

 

2. If you want to have the notes to be visible by you only, you have the option to tick 'Private'.

 

3. In Job Candidate list page, click on In line and go to 'Notes' tab to add Notes.

Note: Only users with access to the job can view the notes. Only the Note creator can delete his Notes. 

In CRM, all users  with access to candidate pool user rights can view the notes not unless marked 'Private'.
