How to Add a New Event

  1. From the Dashboard select “Events” tab.
  2. Select “+Add Event” tab or “+Add Event” on the Actions Menu.

        

 

  1. Double click on your preferred date in the calendar.
  2. You have the option to reselect a date by clicking the “Calendar” icon
  3. Click on the “Clock” icon to select Start and End Time.

            Note:

                    5a. Tick the box “Add Multiple” if you want to have multiple time slot.

                    5b. You have 2 options:

                                     1. 1 Hour – if you want the time slot duration interval is every hour.

                                      2. 30 Minutes - if you want the time slot duration interval is every 30 minutes.

         

  1. Select an Event Manage 

       Note:

  • You can assign 1 or more managers for each event time slot.
  • Selecting a Manager/Managers is Mandatory.
  • Each time slot can have different assign Manager/Managers.

 

  1. Add Location of the event
  2. Add Capacity

       Note:

  • This is the maximum number of attendees that can confirm/attend to each time slot.
  • Each time slot can have different number of capacity.

 

  1. Click Save.

                

 

  1. Click on the dropdown to select a Job (Optional)
  2. Add an Event Title
  3. Add Notes for the Invitee (Optional)
  4. Tick the box of “Allow inviting/assigning more candidates than capacity” if you want to invite attendees more than the allotted capacity.

Example: The capacity is 5, you can invite 6 attendees or more.

  1. Set the RSVP (optional)

     Note:

  • You can select Days or Hours
  • The purpose of RSVP is for you to manage the attendees like until when they can select/reselect a time slot, until when they can see the invitation in the Job Board etc.
  • The alert is set using the first time slot. Only one alert will be sent to the invitee.
  • For further details about RSVP please click on “?” icon.
  1. Select a Calendar Color by clicking the drop down. (Optional)
  2. If you want to CC the Hiring Manager to the email click on the dropdown menu.
  3. If you want to CC the Contact Person to the email click on the dropdown menu.
  4. Click Save.

 

   

                 

Note:

  • You can edit the time slots selected in the calendar and add duration, location and manager.

           Example:

If you selected 9.30 in the calendar however you required 9.40 with a duration of 20 minutes this can be achieved in the edit mode once saved.

  • The event creator and the assign manager will receive an  email confirmation for the event creation.
  • To CC the Hiring Manager and Contact Person in the email it should be enabled in the System Notification under Events
