Projects to display the uploaded Employees

Rule: Every time a user uploads data in the system the system should log the upload as a project with a default name if the filed is not filled in or with the name as per user in case they type in a name

1. System saves data under Projects
   
2. Uploaded or edited Employees should be visible
   
3. Menus are available
