Uploading Documents

Commonly used documents can be uploaded in PhoenixATS. This will help other system users to easily locate the documents needed in your recruitment process.

To upload documents, follow the steps below:

1. Go to Documents.

2. Click on "Add Document" button.


3. Type the name the file you are going to upload.

4. Click on the "Select a File" button or drag the document file to the grey box.

5. Wait for the file to be uploaded completely. You will see "Done" when the upload is complete.

6. Click on "Save".
