Add SMS to a Tracking step
Select the tracking step to edit
Scroll down to the notifications section and select Add SMS Message.
Configure the message set up including the scheduling of the message.
Type the content of the message as it is to appear, this can include links or URL. Note that long URL can be difficult to read in SMS and add to the length of message increasing costs.
The counter on the top right of the body input updates on Save to indicate the number of characters within the body to be sent. More than 180 characters will incur charges for more than 1 SMS.
The SMS will be sent when the trigger action to time has be met.
