Accepting Terms And Conditions In The System

 

The Administrator of the system can edit the Terms and Condition by going to:

1. Go to Admin section

2. Select System Settings

3. Click Edit Terms and Conditions tab

 

4. In the Terms and Conditions Settings the user can:

  •  Enable Terms and Conditions
  • Users Should Accept Terms and Conditions in Every Login
  • Option to customize the terms and conditions content

        

5. Click Save.

 

How to Activate Terms and Conditions Per Role Profile

1. Go to Admin section

2. Click on Role Profiles

3. Select which Role Profile you need to activate the terms and conditions

4. From the Edit Role Profile page, Scroll down to Terms and Conditions option and enable "Should Accept Terms and Conditions".

  • The user from the role profile should accept terms and conditions according to system configuration upon log in.
