How to Request Picture

This feature allows the user to Request a Picture from the candidate under HR Assist.

  1. Go to HR Assist

  2. Tick the candidate > click Request Picture on the Actions Menu

  • Once request is successfully sent, the candidate will receive an e-mail notification with the request link.

 

How to view the picture uploaded by the candidates:

  1. Go to HR Assist
  2. Click inline before 'Alerts' column > user can view the photo under Vevo column
