In the System settings, we have a function "Assign ATR Creator as Guest to Job" which makes the ATR creator as Guest on any jobs when published from ATR. The new function will make all users on the ATR up to the moment the ATR was published to a job as GUESTS in the Job.
1. Go to Admin > System Settings.
2. Tick the 'Assign ATR Creator as Guest to job' in System Settings. Click Save
3. When an ATR has been processed and job is posted using the 'Post Job' option in ATR, the initiator/creator of the ATR will automatically be added as Guest in the Guest drop down.
