How To Use Email Template Created By Other User

1. Go to Jobs Section.

2. Select a job title.

 

3. Select a candidate by ticking the small box then on the actions menu click "Send Email".

 

4. Create an email content 

5. Click "Save Template".

 

6. Create an email template name then click Yes.


7. Tick the "Make Public" if you want other user to use and view your saved template then click "Save Template".
