Vacancy Current Status Report

While Vacancy Activity Report generates a summary that contains numbers of candidates in who went through the recruitment process tracking steps, the Vacancy Current Status Report counts only the candidates who are CURRENTLY in the specified status. 

 Vacancy Activity Report can be filtered by Location, by Job Classification or by Statuses.

To generate this report, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Click on "Vacancy Current Status by Job Classification And Location".
  3. Select a Start and End dates.
  4. Add filters such as Location and Job Classification (optional).
  5. Add filters for Statuses. You can add more than one status..
  6. Click "Preview" button to refresh the report page.
