The Job Custom Report report shows a summary of all the answers to all the questions plotted in all custom reports. The report will produce information answered by candidates who applied in vacancies in the specified date range. Reports are produced in an excel spreadsheet.
Below are the steps in generating the Job Custom Report:
1. Go to Reports.
2. Click on Job Custom Report.
3. Choose a date range (From and To dates).
4. Click "Generate Excel Report" button. You will receive a notification once all data is ready.
5. You will receive a print notification once all data is ready. Click on the printer icon and click on "Download Report". Your browser will download the report.
6. Open the report with a spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel.
