Leads Generation Form

The option to use the Lead Generation Form helps to collect information about candidates without requiring registration. This can be done later if required. 

To set up please follow the steps below:

1. Go to Forms > Registration Form

2.  From the right-hand side, click Edit Registration Form (POI)

3. Create the form by adding questions and selections. Click Save when done

 

The lead generation form can be used in two different ways.

 

1. Use the Lead Generation form anywhere on different web pages in order to collect candidates in CRM/ POI

  • If you want to send an email to candidates to complete the form, make sure to provide this link JC URL/poi
  • When candidates complete the form using the link in the email, their information will automatically reflect in the VM site or backend site and search in CRM section. You can proceed to attach the candidate to a job.

 

2. Use the link in a Job Ad  with no Apply now button

  • When loading a job, you can select the option to disable the 'Apply Now' button and include the link of the form in the advert

 

 

 

  • The job advert will look like the below. No 'Apply Now' button but job ad shows the link to direct candidates where to proceed.

 

  • When clicked, the candidate will need to complete the form and click the 'Finish' button when done.
  • When candidates complete the form using the link in the job advert, their information will automatically reflect in the VM site or backend site and search in CRM section. You can also proceed to attach the candidate to other job/s also.
