Media Channel Report generates a summary of vacancies shared to third party job boards (Seek, Trade Me, Haines, etc) in a specified date range.
To generate this report, please follow the steps below:
1. From the PhoenixATS Dashboard, click on "Reports".
2. Click on "Media Channel Report".
3. Select the date range (From and To).
4. Click "Generate Excel Report" button.
5. You will receive a notification saying "Your report request is under action. You will receive a notification once all data is ready."
6. After few seconds, check the "Print Notification" icon. This icon will turn green once all data is ready. Click on "Download Report" link.
7. Open the downloaded report file using your spreadsheet program.
