Add checkmate to candidate evaluation

To use checkmate within evaluation of a candidate this will need to be added as a tracking step or steps. Tracking steps can be applied to journeys as needed for your needs.

Add or update the email notification that is triggered as part of the action step with the instructions and guidance about the part of your process Checkmate is being used for.

Checkmate will send email invitations and reminders to the candidate as part of the bundle selected so referencing this within the email so Candidates understand this is not spam is worth consideration depending on your industry.

Checkmate smart tags are not currently available for inclusion in SMS notifications.

Once the candidate is moved to the tracking step which contains the Checkmate smart tags the notification will automatically be sent.
