Install Authy on your device by searching for it in your device’s app store.

It enables you to have a single mobile app for all your 2FA accounts and you can sync them across multiple devices

 

Open the App, put your Country Code + Cellphone number and click OK

You will be asked to get account verification code via Email or SMS. Choose one.

 

The Authy Registration code will then be sent to you via Email or SMS whichever you chose. Enter the code you received and put it in the field.

 

You will be prompted to Add an Account

Click "Add Account" and your device will Scan the QR Code.

To get the QR code, see below steps:

 

Using your computer, login to https://dev5vm.currentjobs.co

Click your email address on the top right to go to your profile.

 

Scroll down a bit and tick the Enable Two-Factor Authentication in PhoenixATS

Using your device, scan the QR Code.

After scanning, you will be encouraged to set up a "Backups Password"

Enter password and save.

 

You also have the option to put a logo or use a Generic one.

Account is now added.

 

In your computer, scroll down and click SAVE to save changes.

Log out your account in PhoenixATS and log back in again.

You will be prompted to enter your username and password as usual.

And you will be required to enter Verification Code.

Access your device and get the code there (it expires in seconds)

 

Enter the 6 digit code and login successfully.
