How to Reset Phoenix User's Password?

Did you forget your password to access the Vacancy Manager?

Follow the steps below to reset your password.

1. Go to your Vacancy Manager's login page.
2. Click on the "I forgot my password" link.
3. Type your registered email address in the Email box.
4. Click on the "Email Link" button.
5. Check your email to reset your password.

If you are an Admin user and wants to reset other user's password, follow the steps below:

1. Go to CRM.
2. Go to Phoenix Users.
3. Locate the user.
   1. You can use the available filters to locate the user.
   2. You can use the "Search Phx Users" box to search for the user.
4. Click on the user's name.
5. Click "Reset Password" button.
6. Type the new password.
7. Click "Reset" button.
