How enable 2FA Microsoft Authenticator in PhoenixATS

To Install Microsoft Authenticator on your device: 

• Install Microsoft Authenticator on your device by searching for it on your device’s app store.

To Enable Two-Factor Authentication:

1. On the system, click on the Email address in the upper right hand your of your page. 
2. Scroll down to two-Factor Authentication.
3. Tick the Enable Two-Factor Authentication (Google or Microsoft Authenticator)
4. Using your device, scan the QI code from the Microsoft Authenticator using your device’s camera

When Logging in to system using the 2FA

1. Access your system URL
2. From the login page, enter your Email address and Password
3. Page will direct you to Verify your identity by entering the code from Microsoft Authenticator
   
4. Check Microsoft Authenticator from your device. A 6 digit code will show below the system URL. Please note that digits expires after a few seconds and another set of 6 digit codes will be generated.
5. Enter the 6 digit code in your system’s Verification code field then click Submit. This will allow you to access the Main page of your system.
